Hi! I'm Vish Deshpande. I graduated in 2018 from KIMS University in India and moved to Canada shortly after. I have been practicing for 5 years with the mission to help people move better. My passion for the human body and biomechanics began when I injured myself while training for a 10k run. Despite my efforts to rehab my ankle, the injury kept returning. That’s when I realized how imbalances in the body can create a ripple effect, causing pain in different areas until you address the root cause. This insight has shaped my approach to healing and is the foundation of my work in pelvic health and orthopedic physiotherapy.
My goal is to help people move from simply managing pain to overcoming it, and ultimately improving their physical lifestyle. I believe in addressing the root causes of discomfort to create lasting change, so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic pain, low back issues, or other movement challenges, I’m here to guide you every step of the way toward a pain-free, active life.
